LexiSnap(이하 "앱")은 서비스 제공을 위해 아래의 개인정보를 수집합니다.
- 필수 수집 항목: Apple ID 이메일(Sign in with Apple 사용 시), 기기 식별자(익명)
- 자동 수집 항목: 앱 사용 통계(Firebase Analytics), 크래시 로그(Firebase Crashlytics), 기기 모델 및 OS 버전
- 사용자 생성 데이터: 촬영 이미지(OCR 처리 후 텍스트만 저장, 원본 이미지 서버 미전송), 단어장 데이터, 학습 기록
수집 방법: 회원가입(Sign in with Apple), 앱 사용 과정에서 자동 수집, 사용자 직접 입력

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 즉시 삭제합니다. 단, 관계 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
- 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁 처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
앱은 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우 예외로 합니다.

권리 행사는 앱 내 설정 또는 아래 연락처를 통해 가능합니다.
7. 카메라 및 사진 권한
앱은 OCR(광학 문자 인식)을 위해 카메라 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 촬영된 이미지는 기기 내에서만 처리되며, 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. OCR 처리 후 추출된 텍스트만 저장됩니다.
8. 데이터 보안

10. 개인정보처리방침 변경

1. Information We Collect
LexiSnap ("the App") collects the following information to provide its services:
- Account Information: Apple ID email (when using Sign in with Apple), anonymous device identifier
- Automatically Collected: App usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics), device model and OS version
- User-Created Data: Captured images (processed locally for OCR, only extracted text is stored — original images are never sent to servers), vocabulary data, study records
2. How We Use Your Information
- User authentication and account management
- Cloud synchronization of vocabulary and study records (Firestore)
- App stability improvement and bug fixes (Crashlytics)
- Service usage analytics and improvement (Analytics)
- Subscription and in-app purchase management (StoreKit 2)
3. Data Retention
Personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. Data required by applicable law will be retained for the legally mandated period.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties without user consent, except as required by law.
